I studied AGTI (E.C), BA (English), and Master of Art in Organizational Leardership. I participate in the society as the positions of chairman and
secretary in my local communities. I am currently working as a
corporate executive and run this human resources training and sending organization. Our company is doing human resource solution inlucding recruitment processes and consultancy services with Malaysia, Singapore, Japn, Europe and UAE. etc... We will also support the improvement of the educational skills of many Japanese
language schools in Myanmar, develop excellent students, and strive to contribute to the future
development of Myanmar and Japan. We also support temples that support the lives and education
of orphans.

Our company sends out trainees to Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Dubai.And now, there is an urgent need to improve labor skills education in Myanmar.The number of young Myanmar people who want to learn labor skills and lifestyle in Japan is rapidly increasing. In response to these domestic circumstances, I recently received an offer to be in charge of the Japan liaison.After working for Sumitomo Group companies and Toyota Motor Corporation, going independent, and establishing a corporation, I have worked with JICA's Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers support organization and in Myanmar. I have been involved in NGO activities, but I would like to utilize my experience as an organization that sends trainees to Japan.

Young people in Myanmar are quiet and hardworking. it looks a lot like Japanese Their dream is to work abroad as trainees. We will do our best to provide education and daily support for them to work abroad. We will carry out operations in compliance with the rules between both countries.
